You can change or stop your additional contribution at any time. These contributions help subsidize reduced-cost memberships for people referred through trusted community partners →.

What care are you helping subsidize?

Reduced-cost members receive the same comprehensive primary care and access as every Oropeza Health member. Community partners help connect people who need more affordable care with these memberships.

Pricing FAQ

What does my monthly membership include?

Your membership covers the primary care I provide at Oropeza Health, including office visits, secure messaging, phone and video visits, preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, care coordination, and many in-office procedures. There are no copays or per-visit fees.

Your membership also gives you access to discounted cash prices on many labs and generic medications. Oropeza Health does not administer vaccines; these may have an additional cost at a pharmacy or these may be covered by your insurance. Some office procedures may also have an additional cost. I’ll always make those costs clear before we proceed.

Do I still pay the membership fee if I have health insurance or Medicaid?

Yes. Oropeza Health does not bill insurance for primary care. Your monthly membership is paid directly to the practice whether you have private insurance, Apple Health (Medicaid), or no insurance.

You can still use your insurance for care outside Oropeza Health, such as specialists, imaging, hospital care, labs and medications.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes. Oropeza Health accepts HSA and FSA cards. Eligibility varies by plan; consult your plan administrator or tax advisor if you have questions about your eligibility.

Are there discounts for families or groups?

Yes. Groups of 3 or more adults with a single payer receive a 13% discount, bringing Standard Membership to $100/month per person.

Families come in all shapes and sizes. If your household or chosen family doesn’t quite fit this structure, reach out and let’s talk.

Why would I pay for a membership if I already have insurance?

Your Oropeza Health membership pays for a different kind of primary care relationship: longer appointments, direct access to your physician by secure messaging, phone and video, no copays for visits, and care from a physician who has the time to know you and your health over time.

Routine appointments are generally available the same or next week, with same- or next-day access for urgent concerns. Your membership can work alongside your insurance for things outside primary care, like specialists, imaging, hospital care, and expensive medications.
