SMS Privacy Policy
Effective August 26, 2026
This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Oropeza Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information related to the Oropeza Health text messaging program.
It covers that program only. It is not a general website privacy policy, and it is not the Notice of Privacy Practices describing how your health information is used and disclosed, which is a separate document.
Information we collect
When you enroll in or communicate through the program, we may collect your mobile telephone number, your opt-in and opt-out choices, the date and method of consent, message content you send to us, and technical delivery information such as message status and timestamps.
How we use the information
We use this information to send and receive the clinic account, appointment, care-management, security, billing, and patient-support messages described in our SMS Terms and Conditions; respond to requests; honor messaging preferences; operate and secure the program; and meet legal and carrier requirements.
Mobile information and consent are not used for third-party marketing
Information gathered in the SMS campaign will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own purposes.
Service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging program may process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing. This includes Notive Health, our messaging provider, and the telecommunications carriers involved in delivering messages.
Message frequency and carrier charges
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a program message. For help, reply HELP, call 509-351-8793, or send us a message. See our SMS Terms and Conditions for more information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the information we maintain. No text messaging or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain messaging records as required for our operations, legal obligations, patient-care documentation, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our agreements.
